“Beginning my early days as a “social justice warrior” engaging in twitter fights with my peers, then working in both government and nonprofit agencies with my social work degree, to using my career to participate in anti-human trafficking initiatives and activities - my opinions on everything have DRASTICALLY shifted in directions I didn’t think possible when I’ve been presented with the ‘real’ information that’s mostly behind the scenes (or just not acknowledged).
And to me, this podcast is so grounded in intellectual nuances around all of these subjects, it’s SO refreshing. Not to mention, highlighting the blatant hypocrisies occurring in the same sentence with great humor 😂
While there’s always opinions infused within the podcast, I feel it’s done with dignity and openness to look to other perspectives. You can agree with an idea, even from someone you hate. I want more GOOD discussions!”
