It's okay if you like being mocked by hosts
Let me start with the positive. The guys make a real effort to pick a topic and stick to it. While they can drift off they're great about getting back to the topic at hand and for the most part the asides are entertaining. Both are very open and brutally honest with the personal stories which I believe makes this podcast standout from the many others. Ryback in particular also comes off as surprisingly likable. I certainly don't agree he is the performer Pat and himself believe he is but the dude has clearly sacrificed a lot (both have really) to get to where he is. You have to respect that even if you don't agree with what he is saying. They have to stop hashing out the format of their podcast while on the air. It's frustrating when you think you're going to get something but Pat pushes to hold it off until the next episode, it comes off as very amateur. Both, Pat Buck especially, for whatever reason feel they are entitled to a 5 star rating, why I don't know. Pat has trashed listeners several times for not leaving them a full 5 stars. They both at times come off as very arrogant and while I don't believe it's their intention they mock their listeners fair too often. While Pat can be self-deprecating he also seems to have far to high a opinion of himself considering he is a guy that quite frankly isn't a well known commodity in the wrestling business. He comes off as out of line frequently. The impression I get is rather than taking the constructive criticism of this review he would rather trash as an 'idiot'. They are far too dismissive of anyone that isn't kissing their feet. This podcast could eventually become strong if they can withhold trashing their own audience along with a couple servings of humble pie. The host also needs to stop getting trashed and slurring his way through a podcast, unprofessional. Can't wait to hear them rag on this review for not automatically giving them 5 stars and saying I love it.Read full review »

I'm not a big fan (aka mark) of wrestling like used to be , but the big guy podcast is very entertaining and very candid at times and they speak the truth. Keep up the great content and thanks for your honestyRead full review »
