What is a spiritual approach to therapy? From Shaldon I have learned to get in contact with my soul, find my inner peace and connect to life - through meditation.
I've had spiritual therapy sessions with Shaldon once a week over the last three years. In the weekly sessions, I stabilise and train how to let go of the ego's grip on me and thereby give space for the soul and life within. Because of these sessions, I've gained a far more sustainable approach to myself, my work and my surroundings.
