I'm not a mom, but I am a fan
As a 30 year old woman, I've become increasingly anxious about whether I want to have children (if possible.) That's why I was mad excited to learn about this podcast! Well that and the fact that Lizzie and Elise are black creatives, like me. I've only listened to the pilot so far, but can already tell that these discussions are gonna help soothe my anxieties around possibly becoming a mother (will I lose myself? is it possible to balance my creative career and motherhood? am I going to be traumatized by the actual delivery?) Am very grateful for Cool Moms and look forward to listening biweekly. Also side note: Zoe Buckman was a great first guest! Would love to hear from other dope creatives like Jourdann Dunn, Karlie Hustle, Jamilah Lemeiux, Paola Mathe, and Abby OmoruyiRead full review »
