Geothermal has captivated many around the world who have seen it up close and personal, had the chance to work in the industry or actually have been personally impacted by the resource and its many benefits. Geothermal has transformed electricity systems, heating infrastructure, and entire communities. While clean electricity and heating/cooling are important for the future, the need for access and production of sustainable food will also be crucial. One company, Matorka is utilizing geothermal in Iceland to help produce sustainable arctic char year around.
