I actually really like this show because the hosts aren’t really that informed about fashion at all besides being a bunch of retail junkies and I enjoy living vicariously through their brazen un-knowingness.

Used to love this podcast. Noah is great but not leading the podcast. The last 4-5 episodes have been completely boring and totally all over the place. Sam and Rachel, while I’m sure are good people, really bring down the quality of the show. Bring back Will! The Will and Noah dynamic was really...Read full review »

I love the dynamic of this show. These fashion snobs make fashion snobbing(?) fun without actually being elitists. The only downside is not getting weekly episodes of this show. Idk how Will has you all working, but working on this more than writing(👀) is a good idea. You all are a fashion gem....Read full review »

Love the pod, but Hunter’s inability to like, use, like, any other, like, word, like than like ... made me switch off ... unlike 👎

I have a weird relationship with this podcast. I live in the suburbs and have a pretty mudane life but love high fashion and culture and the media and the pod is an interesting glimpse into those worlds. HOWEVER the hosts come off as SO entitled and SO completely out of touch with reality in a...Read full review »

I’ve never missed an episode of the pod and never thought twice about listening UNTIL I heard Noah say he hates sale season. Everyone is obviously entitled to their own opinions but “The Boots Episode” really took the cake. If you’re interested in hearing people talk about only buying $1,000+...Read full review »

Every time I get tricked into listening to another episode of CL, I’m more and more impressed by how unremarkable this show is!

The hosts talk about themselves to the void of each other... only to receive little or no response. Weird to have a pod of people who can’t have a conversation but okay!

Really wanted to like this..like, really wanted to like this.. Everything Will says is gold. No wonder he’s such a good EIC.

LOVE this podcast- the group dynamic is spectacular.

“Like um” not good.

Almost unbearable to listen to. “Ummm...” “Like...like...like...” “So, like...yeah...” Learn to speak, you brain dead hipsters. Learned nothing and feel even worse knowing this is how people speak in a “professional” podcast.

Rachel is great but the amount of times she says “like” is distracting

This is one of my favorite podcasts, always super engaging, beyond just fashion. Every show is inspiring! One problem - the recorded volume is always WAY too low. I can appreciate not being assaulted by sound or obnoxious podcast voices, but it does make it difficult to listen.

I loved it with Will, but when he’s not on I don’t even bother listening anymore. It just feels like I’m eavesdropping on high schoolers.

the intro song is kinda spooky but everything else makes me very happy, thanks.

The podcast is excellent when Will Welch is on. Don’t get me wrong, Sam, Rachel, and Noah are great but there tends to be the vibe that Noah doesn’t really want to lead the podcast when Will isn’t there seems like he wants to get it over with. If Noah could be a little more enthusiastic about...Read full review »

I was wondering if you guys could write down things you mention like stores, restaurants vibes etc. in the summary/show notes. It’d be easier to look up after

Good podcast, everyone on the show is enjoyable to listen to. I want Noah to spend an episode on T-shirts and hoodies though.

I miss Will. Will knew things but wasn't afraid to show that he cared about life too. Noah was a great foil to Will and always my fav. But now that he's captaining the ship and added two people with vocal fry to the crew, it's just kind of depressing. Is there anything more half assed...Read full review »

UPDATE Will is back, balance has been restored! Wills personality on the show was awesome. I laughed and was constantly interested, I found myself listening to episodes more than twice. Not the same without Will. I like Noah but don’t think he has the public speaking skills to lead the pod. Sam is rad and I’m glad he has a mic. Not a fan of Rachel, as she talks too much about some obscure womenswear and things that I don’t associate wit GQ. Also her voice is just too...Read full review »

Folks gotta get over themselves. GQ is about men of all generations not some wannabe influencers trying to tell us why they are cool.

God tier menswear and cultural podcast. In West Virginia, I have no one to speak to about niche topics like Japanese proxy garment acquisition, Jojoba Oil, and why Princess Diana is streetwear king. 2019 Update: Addition of Sam and Rachel is great. But having Noah lead the show isn’t working. Past few episodes have no fluidity and consists mostly of Noah interrupting Sam and Rachel. When checking out a podcast for the first time I always give 2 reviews because everything deserves a chance. This is the first review. I WANT this to be good so bad. It’s just not. It’s painfully difficult to get through an entire episode, even if you have it on for ambient background noise (and I realized they changed it up for 2019) In the age of the internet, it’s obvious that New York opinion is as obsolete as malls are to...Read full review »

Love Will’s work at GQ as a whole, but I didn’t feel like podcasting was suited for him. I have enjoyed every episode since Rachel and Sam have joined the pod as hosts. The latest eps without Will are painful to listen to. He grounded the show, which is now fully geared toward Brooklyn trust fund transplants that spend a $1000 on fanny packs. The hosts seem so out of touch with reality.

I want to like the podcast I really do. There are some great episodes like when Noah talked about his love for T-shirts or talking about Japanese brands. I don't know why but, the episodes now just sound very snobby and that's off putting. It sounds like early 2010 hipsters in Brooklyn...Read full review »

Longtime listener, first time reviewer. Been a huge fan of this podcast from just about the beginning and would recommend it to anybody looking to expand their taste. The Corporate Lunch and GQ Style crew are always dropping gems. We need MAG to come back! Also: I hang dry t-shirts.

i’ve been waiting on a podcast like this for awhile now, and Will and Noah have created something truly special here. from 13 vibes to the pants episode mustered from sacred legends, i will be listening to this to this for a long time.
