Jennifer helps organizations solve problems, mostly to do with their people. She supports individuals who are figuring out where they want to go – particularly as leaders – and ensure they get there. She is passionate about moving organizations and people forward in effective, business-friendly ways. She uses science (specifically neuroscience but other scientific research and data as well) to further understand behaviours and reactions. Jennifer talked to us about how to build learning organizations and why this is so important for today’s employees.
