“His podcast is well produced but the one property I bought from them has been terrible. I bought it last August and the property is still not completely renovated. The rental price collected came in $200 under what they promised and the tenants thrown in the property ended up moving out after only paying 5 months of rent. Also there are nickel and dime fees that were never discussed at the time of purchase like having to pay sewer and lawn maintenance. The property manager is good at returning calls but doesn't do anything very quickly. I've been waiting for another tenant now 3 months and it took a month for the unit to get cleaned up after the deadbeat tenant moved out. You have to initiate any conversation about your property yourself and keep on their butts to get anything done. You will be much better off in the long run just investing in diversified low expense ratio index funds like Schwab and Vanguard provide. Plus you will have a lot less headaches.”Read full review »
