The path of aliveness is my Bible
The approach is extremely normalized and ready for the realities of modern life. Dillo is really helpful with how to integreat meditation and mindfulness into simple parts of your day. I highly recommend.

Great Dharma
A Zen teacher that is not so annoyingly obscure and confusing. Very clear and “practical” Dharma teachings, yet subtle and not oversimplifying. Helpful also if you are not a Zen practitioner yourself. Doesn’t make the gap between Zen and other Schools larger than it is.
