We specifically focus on the case of "non-offending paedophiles" and the role that the brain plays.    The bulk of the lecture is a lecture by James Cantor who has tracked the neural underpinnings of deviant sexual interest all the way back to events that occur in the womb.   What does this mean for the "big questions"?
