“I enjoy this podcast for the uncommon crime stories that it frequently features. Not everything is a murder, a cold case. Many of them are light-hearted, historical, little-known, even amusing. However, there is definitely some romanticism of criminals, a hefty dose of criminal martyrdom. The intent is to humanize but instead creates Christ-figures or badasses where they really don’t exist. Overall I still think it’s a well-produced podcast and I would recommend it.”
