Victoria Milligan Podcast
I wasn’t sure about listening to this as have lost my brother and dad in 2013 and 2016 then my mother passed away in April from COVID so I thought it might be too maudlin. It was the opposite. Victoria was pragmatic, grounded, yet inspiring. I was grateful that she shared her story to try and help others navigate their own journey of grief.

Find this podcast hugely interesting and useful. Andy touches on coping mechanisms into the minds of people with immense experience in lives, interviews people from all walks of life but with a story to tell. Certainly one of my favourite pod casts.
