Nourishing clear water in a brilliant podcast!
Crushing Doubt is definitely a five-star podcast! I listen to the podcast while jogging and have gained more insight in my relationship with myself along with ways to navigate my healing and increased agility to navigate my internal responses to things. I particularly enjoy the "How To" series. Each time I listen, I continue to learn about myself which increases my acceptance of myself and grows my safe relationship with myself, which is my power. The podcast is like nourishing clear water, in an emotional sense. And when it can sometimes feel like murky coffee, I know I can sift through an idea that Dr. Ratner presents more in my internal understanding with myself and give it some time and attention. The podcast leads me closer to who I am and who I am evolving into, and I look forward to new episodes! Dr. Ratner is experienced, scientific, and wise. He has a brilliant mind. His guests are varied, and he is able to bring out the best in his connection with each one. Dr. Ratner gives it his all! I wholeheartedly recommend this podcast!Read full review »

There is a lot of great information, discussion and interview about TMS and the mind-body connection to pain and other sensations to be found here. However, the actual podcast feed has issues. Episodes are often uploaded as a large batch much later than the original release on YouTube, and some...Read full review »
