It’s lost it’s magic…
Cultivate What Matters, when led by Lara Casey, was a beacon of light, life-giving, and encouraging. She was a refreshing voice in the productivity and goal-setting space, without buying into the lie of hustle culture. I am so disappointed in the new direction, under the leadership of The Daily Grace Co.’s Kristen Schumacher. The podcast episodes have felt cold, clinical, and scripted. They seem more like a content calendar to-do list than an encouraging space. I’m disappointed that the majority of content has been framed to appeal to hustle culture vs. to those of us who want to live intentional lives with a Kingdom legacy. The new leadership has taken everything unique, positive, and life-giving from Cultivate What Matters and has turned it into a marketing machine for products that regurgitates popular business thought leader’s talking points.
