#153 Exactly What I Needed
Today I put on episode #153, “What Mentally Strong Women DON’T do” with Amy Morin on my commute home from work. I am a working mom with a highly demanding job in finance. I’ve been listening to your podcast for a while and love it, but this episode (I haven’t even finished it yet and can’t wait for tomorrow’s commute to finish it) motivated me to finally get my review to you. Since I don’t have a lot of time to read and have a lot of windshield time, I love that you break all these great books down into “Golden nuggets”. There is always something motivational and easily and quickly applied to real life. I travel a lot for work and your podcast is my go to for long trips to keep me motivated for my family, my work, my workouts and just getting back to a positive outlook on life when I feel myself getting dragged into the “crap”. Keep up the good work!
