This week's guest is local Durango cyclocross pro Sarah Sturm.  However, she is so much more than just a bike racer as you'll learn by listening.  I wanted to record a podcast that focused on women's cycling and racing, and Sarah was perfect to walk me through the state of women's racing and some of the issues women face.  Sarah is a super fun person to be around and her positivity and energy are simply infectious.  This was a really great conversation and I hope you all enjoy it.

This week I sat down with professional mountain and cyclocross racer Troy Wells.  Troy is the the younger brother of 3-time Olympian Todd Wells, and in the past 15 years has quietly carved out a career as one of the top US off road athletes. We talked about a bunch of things including his career past and present, the state of US off road racing, and his efforts to get back to being one of the top guys in cyclocross this season
