This week's guest is local Durango cyclocross pro Sarah Sturm.  However, she is so much more than just a bike racer as you'll learn by listening.  I wanted to record a podcast that focused on women's cycling and racing, and Sarah was perfect to walk me through the state of women's racing and some of the issues women face.  Sarah is a super fun person to be around and her positivity and energy are simply infectious.  This was a really great conversation and I hope you all enjoy it.

This week I sat down with BMX Hall of Fame member and framebuilder Rob "Robbie" Rupe.  We had a great conversation talking his SOCAL origins, racing pro BMX, his early years as a welder with Yeti Cycles, and of course, the movie RAD.  Rob went deep, so be patient there about halfway in.  Thanks Rupe for your time and being a genuinely good dude. Enjoy!
