My peloton power source broke and then I found this meditation
The guided meditation was awesome and exactly what I need. In fact, after breaking the power cord to my Peloton I a not anxious to continue my subscription with them. However, where are there more meditations? I wouldn’t do this on the road but love it inside getting into a zone with no external distractions.

Colby you’re great on the other podcast. I’ll take a pass on this one. I suggest talking much faster and having a central idea of what each podcast should be about, hitting it, ending it. If you can’t make a table of contents in your head, refocus and try again.
