This is what happens when a professional athlete thinks he’s smart and loves to hear himself talk. Very pretentious podcast that preaches pseudoscience.

I love to listen to Colby’s “ramblings” when he is alone and I love the really in depth interviews with his guests.

Colby is a learner a teacher and his understanding of the subject and the world makes it one of the best podcast and btw he is sharing it. Somebody who can joke that light equals matter and can go into fractals- be ready for a special treat.

Love Colby’s podcasts. I have learned so much about bike fit, technique, anatomy, and training. He is one of the best deep divers. Keep up the great work!

Colby’s message and his insight is so deep. He has the talent to deliver it in an inspiring, balanced way. If you ride a bike, listen to Cycling in Alignment. If you don’t ride a bike, listen to Cycling in Alignment!

I thoroughly enjoy these podcasts. There are a lot of training details but I really appreciate the bigger picture aspects. The fact that there is discussion about breathing and meditation (among others) makes it more than just cycling discussion. Colby is a great athlete and has the experience...Read full review »

Colby discusses some important issues with the sport that I have been able to relate too and I’m sure many others can too. Keeping perspective about holistic health and the bigger picture has really helped me enjoy my cycling and life outside of cycling more. I’ve loved the bike fitting and...Read full review »

This podcast is life changing! The host jumps from the highly technical to the beautifully ephemeral. A poet, an athlete, a helper. Listen!

When Colby is discussing things with another person, it’s great. When he is alone, the pace of speech is incredibly slow with huge long pauses. You’ll need to increase the playback speed to 2.5x.

The guided meditation was awesome and exactly what I need. In fact, after breaking the power cord to my Peloton I a not anxious to continue my subscription with them. However, where are there more meditations? I wouldn’t do this on the road but love it inside getting into a zone with no...Read full review »

The content of this podcast may be amazing, but good luck hearing it. The host mumble, the guests follow suit, and it all becomes just a little bit of sounds.

The information and perspective on cycling shoes alone justifies 5 stars. Funny and witty discussion of cycling is great. A must listen.

A lot of Pearce with no filter or chaser. A cohost could make it easier to listen and dampen down the knowitallness.

Come for the vast depth of technical know-how; stay for the hilarious stories and genuinely witty repartee.

What is this podcast supposed to be about? A random Buddhist cycling philosophy blog? No thanks.

Colby is truly a lifelong student of the sport, and I can’t think of anyone who has a deeper, more thoughtful relationship with bicycles than him. This is a wonderful resource for anyone looking to deepen their understanding of what it means to be an athlete.

Colby has always been on the cutting edge of cycling, trying new technics and equipment to figure out which ones improve your cycling and which are marketing gimmicks. I look forward to learning from Cloys experiences through this podcast.

Ever since hearing Colby’s deep thoughts about cycling and sport on Fast Talk, I have searched the interwebs for more on his philosophies. I am truly looking forward to this. Good luck with the new venture.
