Description
Jack Pinho returns to D3 Glory Days after breaking 4 at the BU Valentine Invite! We had him on originally as Episode 52 in the summer of 2021. He was coming off a strong track season but still had ambitions of breaking 4. We said we would have him back on the show once he did it and sure enough, he did! Jack brings a great perspective on how to balance life and running. He takes us through the struggles he had leading up to this and how his why kept him going when he was hurt for four months in 2022. There's been a lot of talk about the sub 4 barrier lately and Jack shares his perspective as to why it's still very important to him. He has his eyes set on big goals like making it to a US Championship or US Trials. We hope this gives you the motivation to continue after your post-collegiately goals.
