What makes a great healthy relationship (regardless of romance or friendship) is having the same ethics and ways you approach in life. Your other is someone more than a person who just shares common interests with you. There’s no need to rush in finding your other my Queens and Kings, rather wait for the right person than be with the wrong one.

I've recently lost a loved one again and I don't really understand how I feel to be honest. I just know that I feel bless in this lifetime to have the ones I love in my life. All we can do in times like these is wish for the best and do our best.

So often we keep saying it’s okay I’m fine when the reality is we aren't. This can be a very unhealthy habit as it makes us think whatever we are feeling or going through is normal. If you feel grief, sadness, anger, or frustration, none of that is normal to feel. Remember it's okay not being fine.

Having a mental illness can narrow our thinking process that may leave us feeling confused, angry, and isolated. These negative feelings begin to feel so second nature that eventually one can become so comfortable. We begin to limit ourselves with new feelings or experiences to avoid feeling anything else. But remember new experiences allow us as a person to grow and nourish our mindset.

Emotions can sometimes be confusing to understand. Sometimes it can be difficult to realize why you feel a certain way. Most negative emotions we tend to ignore or bottle inside but that’s an unhealthy mechanism. Your emotions are the true raw feelings of yourself and in a sense part of your soul, you should never ignore them. Fun Fact: Emotions are electrochemical signals that flow through us in an unending cycle.
