The Best. Period.
Years since discovering Dan, I have yet to find an equal. He has the knowledge of an historian but the story telling ability of a journalist. Personal favourites for me are actually the first two I listened a number of years ago…Blueprint for Armageddon and King of Kings. I’ve listened to both of those a few times each and they are easily my favourites. Please keep releasing new stuff Dan!

Hardcore History is the way history should be enjoyed (and taught for that matter). Dan goes into the how and the why behind the historical "facts". I did not enjoy history in school but I would have if Dan taught the class. Now I am constantly intrigued by the interdependent events...Read full review »

absolutely fascinating. However, Dan, if you read this, my suggestion for improvement would be to lose the contrived voices when quoting historical figures. It is distracting; your normal voice is more passionate and much more preferable.
