“I never write reviews for podcasts, but when I saw the one negative review here for Lisa Shields’ podcast, I felt I needed to speak up.
I am grateful for Lisa‘s open hearted sharing of her wisdom and experience.
It’s not in my budget to take Lisa‘s course right now, so I have been listening attentively to her podcasts over the past eight or nine months.
What a wealth of wisdom and practical guidance she offers in these broadcasts.
I am a licensed therapist and healing practitioner who learned about Lisa‘s work through one of my clients. At first I thought I was going to learn about skills and information that would help me with some of my clients. I soon discovered that I could apply her guidance about dating and relationships to my own personal life.
I especially appreciate Lisa’s solid grasp of psychology, particularly in the area of attachment theory.
I don’t resonate 100% with every thing she says (for example, I believe there can be tremendous soul growth in being single and that the timing of soul-partnership is a combination of a person’s active intentions/hard work and divine timing). However, Lisa‘s podcasts have inspired me to reflect on these types of questions, which is educational in and of itself.
With that said, I know a wise and caring teacher when I see one, or in this case, when I hear one.
Lisa is a treasure, as is her wonderful husband Benjamin. I look forward to her podcasts.
I can only imagine the time, care, and energy that it takes for Lisa to create these podcasts. I am grateful for them and for her.
If you’re interested in dating, or even in improving the relationship you are in, I highly recommend that you listen to “Dating Without Drama.””
