“I lived in Germany 1971-1974, went to a German university for a year. The narrator’s German/English fluency adds to authenticity. In place of a bland overly simple US media version, you get glimpses of the complex post-1989 fall-of-the-wall Germany and—as it turns out—post-2015 developments. The self-examination of various contemporary adult Germans rings true. I’m listening to Episode 2 and enjoying the interviews.”
