Description: In 1955, Herb Score set the all-time rookie record with 245 Strike Outs.  A record that stood  for nearly 30 Years.  Herb Score was named the American League Rookie of the Year that season.  It looked as if the hard throwing, left hander was headed for a hall of fame career.  That all changed however, on May 7, 1957.
