While Eric Bischoff did try to buy it, it was just the assets being sold & not the TV deal so it didn't make sense to him to do so. WWF does a simulcast for Raw & Nitro. While it might be the final Nitro ever, it's also WCW SPRING BREAK OUT 2001 BABY!!! BEERS, BABES, & BUMPS!!! Only in pro wrestling can this all happen.
