My all-time favorite podcast
I live out of the States and am pursuing counseling grad school in my country (we have to take tests to enroll). I’ve read both Lori and Guy’s books and they’ve been really helpful to me. And also the books you asked your client to read, like The Anxiety Toolkit. The podcast has been very mesmerizing as to how therapy could work and how the dynamic flows between therapists and clients. I almost remembered every episode I’ve listened to and even welled up with tears at some of them because of the pain and sorrow or other things. I’m in awe with how soothing your words and questions could be. This is my all-time favorite podcast. Thank you so much for your work!

Amazing outcome after only one session with two therapists. Guy has such brilliant insights and excellent practical suggestions, which can help people understand how and why therapy can actually help and the importance of therapy to those who need it and can benefit from it.

Perfect podcast. Clear, enjoyable, insightful, just spot on. If you like Other people’s problem and Esther Perrel’s Where should we begin, you’ll love this as well.
