In Season 4, launching September 14, 2022, series creator Chelsea Ursin hands the baton to Atlanta musician and photographer Nadia Marie, who will be telling her own story. Like Chelsea, Nadia started her creative life young and came of age in the early 200os. But Nadia had her life severely interrupted, and her inner life completely reset, when at 23 she was hit by a car while on her bike. As a result, she suffered severe amnesia that no one was able to understand or help guide her through. This season: A story of losing yourself, and putting the pieces back together. Previously, in seasons 1 and 2, Chelsea told her own story of finding an outlet for anxiety and her place in the world via falling in love with listening to and playing rock music. Along the way she writes letters of advice to her younger self on topics from mental health to relationships.
