Peek behind the curtain
If you are interested in knowing how the software industry works on the inside, this is the definitive show. Guy and Rene have managed to create a great series of interviews with indie, open source and "big corporate" developers. This is a real-deal, no-bs conversation about how things really work. Essential cathartic listening for developers. Don't expect RadioLab levels of production. These are pretty frank, raw conversations. The only downside of this format is getting the sense you have been hanging out with and know all these people personally -- particularly recurring guests Don Melton and Nitin Ganatra.
