“Rene and Guy have gotten some great guests on, but the conversation needs to flow better. Set up the show more like a sports broadcast: one guy is the main presenter, and the other is a color commentator. Guy seems a little uncomfortable leading the conversation, and it too often sounds like he's going through a list of questions, so Rene should assume that role. This would allow Guy's humor and experience to come through more, without feeling forced.”

“The near constant use of “um…” drives me crazy. The audio quality is good, but the actual discussion drops an “um” in every 15 - 25 seconds. Once you notice it, you can’t un-notice it.
I’ll try it again after they do a number of shows, it is hopefully something that can be corrected.”
