Tried 7 espisodes, but too light and smug
Gave this a mixed review after a few episodes. It had some good ideas, so figured I should listen to a few more. It's not gotten better. Left leaning, but not the worst. It's just too light weight. You don’t like Jordan Peterson or Brene Brown or probably any other media person who leans right. So, then tell me why you think they're wrong. Btw, both these people irritate me, but you gave me nothing other than style criticisms. I agree that Brene comes across as a self help guru. I too find that irritating, but what has she said that’s wrong. Somewhat better with Jordan, but too many cheap shots. But I did love the irony of the Helen Lewis interview which was, in part, about how gurus only see their side. I'm still waiting for a positive statement about conservatives from the two hosts. Same with the episode on Fridman and Haidt. You are researchers, do your homework.Read full review »

An excellent podcast presented by two very charismatic individuals, though I must say I have found their recent proposal for a crowdfunding platform written entirely in the language of gauge theory to be quite difficult to follow.
