The Gregg Martin interview was so interesting. With two sons and a husband suffering from bipolar disorder, I would have liked hearing more about how Gregg’s wife Maggie coped.

John Moe is a great and thoughtful interviewer, who handles difficult discussions about our interesting minds well. It came into my life when I needed it. I’m glad it’s here.

This show is an honest, deep, often comical series of discussions about everything related to mental health. It’s not boring or clinical, but it is REAL talk with real people. I would suggest it to anyone that has an interest in mental health, has dealt with mental health problems or wants to...Read full review »

Just listened to your episode with Jason Parkin about anxiety and I’m a bigger fan of his for it and now a fan of yours. Great talk, thank you.

I loved The Hilarious World show and was bummed when it stopped. Thank you very much for continuing the work. It is nice to listen and feel normal, and also learn something, and also laugh and/or cry. This is such a great show.

I started listening to this show during a difficult time, and it surprised me how much it helped me feel connected to the world again. John’s interview style is so grounded and compassionate. I just listened to the interview with Joel Kim Booster and I was floored. It hit close to home, and I so...Read full review »

I came over from Hilarious World of Depression. Glad John Moe is still up and running. Interesting guests. Great comedy and deep depression often live in the same space. I first saw the great Johnathan Winters as a kid. It was not a surprise to discover years later that his mental health...Read full review »

I loved The Hilarious World Of Depression. This podcast is different—broader themed— but I love it too and I’m so glad it exists. I just finished listening to the Oct. 17 episode with Hrishikesh Hirway which is this beautiful and honest investigation into creativity, writer’s block, internal...Read full review »

I am 63 and saw my first therapist at age nine. I get stuff out of the podcast and I enjoy most guests. In life, I prefer talk therapy. There are no quick fixes and there are plenty of not great unworthy therapists. Keep looking until you find one!

I was a huge Hilarious World of Depression fan. I had never heard anything like it and found it so helpful and inspiring. I was so happy to see that John Moe was back with a new podcast also aimed at dispelling the stigma around mental health. Keep fighting the good fight, John! I love your work:)

Thank you for having Jamie on your show. I’m a big fan of Jamie’s writing. Jamie Loftus just keeps getting better and better at these things that she does. This was an interesting insight into how Jamie grew to be who she is today. Thanks y’all!!

Listening to this podcast just makes me feel less lonely. My fiancé has never felt the way I have, and rarely have my friends been able to really empathize. Depresh Mode helps me understand myself and others in a cozy, homey way.
