Ainsley was a wonderful guest this week - I truly live my cooking life in a ‘ready, steady’ groove during the week and his programme significantly contributed to my obsession with wasting nothing! His ‘Gourmet Express’ recipe books impressed many a mid week supper guest in the 90s. Now I’m googling cornmeal porridge so I can add it to my breakfast repertoire.
