Authentic
Michaels authentic view of growing to a healthy lifestyle is refreshing and vital in this time of age. I appreciate his real world, personally experienced testimony of coming to his place of desperation coupled with his growth to healthy verses regurgitating publications or other speakers. With anxiety and other social inhibitors on the rise, coping and maneuvering mechanisms are essential to not only a personal healthy and enjoyable life but also paramount to a healthier society in general, Michaels exposes some “why’s” but also explains great skill sets to develop. Thank you for the uninhibited, flinty transparency.
