I’m not sure
I love listening to aleen and Sami chat about what’s going on in their lives, and their wellness journeys . I relate to both in that I was once very diet obsessed, and feel like I’m trying to now have more balance in my life. While I love certain parts of the show, like the questions or wins from listeners, I don’t tend to listen to the guests. It’s kind of all over the place and just is a little repetitive at this point. I really didn’t like the glucose episode, it was pretty triggering for somebody who used to struggle with restricting/tracking. I prefer the IE episodes because if I’ve learned anything over the years is that eating shouldn’t be rocket science. Also, wasn’t a fan of the most recent episode- the title “stop wasting time with cardio” is kind of silly. What if people genuinely enjoy cardio? Anyway, I don’t want to be negative - bc I enjoy most of what betches does, but some of the recent eps haven’t been hitting home. (I am a back for seconds listener and I usually prefer those episodes)

I’ve found the content and speakers to be very informational. What I don’t enjoy is that these girls don’t let the speaker talk!!! Constant interruptions with immature add ins. Stressful to listen too.

I love the mindset and openness around eating, dieting, and body perception. BUT there is nothing more annoying in a conversation than when someone asks a question and then interrupts the person’s answer.
