Pascal is the General Manager of Lion City Rental, which is part of Uber in Singapore. During the interview, we have discussed differences in how businesses are run in emerging and developed economies. He shared examples of how companies likes Facebook are using Cambodia as a playground for testing ideas before rolling out to the rest of the world. We also discussed places where he enjoyed living and most importantly how he explains his role to his mom.
