“I am not one to typically listen to podcasts. I feel like it’s very easy to lose interest, especially when it’s a story based podcast. That’s not the case with Directive. It immediately hooks you and doesn’t let go. What I found most impressive was how the moments of silence in between dialogue that allowed you to use your imagination to fill in the blank. The sound design is impressive. It was very specific which only helped in trying to create a visual image. I must also commend the voice acting. They were all perfectly nuanced and supportive of each other. Like I said, I’m very skeptical of podcasts, but this one felt like a cinematic experience. The detail of Directive will make you want to come back for more!”
