Needs better linguistics
The content is o.k. but the delivery sounds unprofessional. Too much up-talking and slang like “dude” diminishes their advice.

I really enjoy this podcast it’s so honest and such a breath of fresh air. I feel this is a podcast anyone from any walk of life can relate to these topics one way or another. I love listening to these ladies give their eye opening points of view.

I listened to their am I bipolar or just moody episode and I got about 5 minutes into them describing how they feel about moodiness and people insulting others by calling them bipolar and had to stop.
