Dished’s hosts asked thoughtful questions that went behind the “what” of Lucas’s work, to get to the “how” and “why” of what Lucas does at Junzi and beyond. Even Lucas remarked that he hadn’t done this much thinking and analysis of his own process! Madeleine and Catherine are very skilled hosts and their deep interest for food shines through. I highly recommend this podcast for anyone with an interest in food (eating or cooking!) or for anyone looking to meet new interesting people. I can’t wait for future episodes!”
