Disrupt Yourself Now!
As a subscriber to the Disrupt Yourself Podcast, I am constantly learning new ways to look at things from others' perspectives through these brief, but informative, interviews. I recently revisited Episode 2 with Raju Narisetti and was impressed at his ability to articulate things that many leaders struggle with but rarely have the ability to define - Whitney does a great job of bringing these issues to the surface throughout the interview. Raju's comment about living at intersections is enlightening. We often talk about silos in our organization, but I appreciate the imagery that the intersection paints for the coming together of the various facets of the company. In addition, his commentary on being able to see things coming before they happen and his impatience with those on his team, also hits close to home. I often talk to my team about being able to "see around corners" and the importance of vision and execution. Great episode - heck, they all are! Keep up the good work. Looking forward to many more fascinating subjects in the future.Read full review »
