“I’m an iOS dev trying to cobble together my own DRF backend and this podcast has been vital for me. It’s so helpful to hear about these topics in a conversational format. The tone of the speakers can give you more information about a framework, technique, or technology etc. than straight text can.
For example when you hear either one of the hosts groan or sigh when you bring up a certain Django feature, you know immediately you should probably avoid it. That kind of implicit recommendation is hard to draw out of a blog post.”
