First time marathon runner
I stumbled upon this podcast after following hub city runners on Instagram! I must have listened to 5 episodes on my 11 mile training run. As a mom of three toddlers and someone who lost 50lbs in under a year, I can relate to doing hard things. I found the information regarding training/nutrition and fueling especially helpful since I will be tackled my first marathon in November! The quality was great, the topics are relevant and I’m looking forward to the next episodes -perfect way to pass time on these long distance training runs!

At first I hated it. But for some reason I couldn’t stop listening to it. I do find it very motivating to do the hard things today. It’s helped me to change my mind and life styles.

Constructive feedback would be for the host to let the guest speak more to share their stories. Host often speaks for them.
