First time marathon runner
I stumbled upon this podcast after following hub city runners on Instagram! I must have listened to 5 episodes on my 11 mile training run. As a mom of three toddlers and someone who lost 50lbs in under a year, I can relate to doing hard things. I found the information regarding training/nutrition and fueling especially helpful since I will be tackled my first marathon in November! The quality was great, the topics are relevant and I’m looking forward to the next episodes -perfect way to pass time on these long distance training runs!

I *always* look forward to when these podcasts are released! Good info for beginners and more advanced alike. I like the motivation and “normal people” interviews.
