Do it for the Gram is right on. I’ve only just discovered it, so I’m playing catch up from episode 1 and loving every minute. If you love Jesus and really enjoy the enneagram, this is definitely for you!

Milton is an incredible teacher. I found this podcast and it made my fall in love with growth work & understanding the enneagram. I love Milton’s approach because he breaks it down in a clear way, and his goal is to help both YOU and the community. I have leaned so much from him, from this...Read full review »

If you’re a BIPOC immersed or interested in the enneagram, this podcast is a must. As a Black man, this podcast holds a special place in my heart. The anti-oppressive episodes over the summer...whew! Anyway, great podcast, I look forward to every episode.

Just discovered DIFG and grateful for it. Coach Milton dispenses wisdom and insights based on the Enneagram that are applicable to real life and also delves into social justice, anti-racism and equity work which takes the Enneagram from a self-development framework to a societal one. The insights...Read full review »

This used to be a wonderful Enneagram-themed podcast, well worth 4-5 stars, but has, in the last 6 months morphed into something more akin to a playlist of Ibram X Kendi sermons, served up like a handful of Flintstone chewable vitamins. Some may love this new direction. I do not. There are...Read full review »

The content is hard to flow with because of the incessant interruptions with ads and plugs for all manner of products and services. Way too many distractions for this Enneagram One.

I appreciated this show early on and even supported it financially on Patreon. But the host is a dedicated leftist who is completely fixated on race and identity politics. He has turned it into a blunt weapon for his social agenda and I have had to move on to other Enneagram podcasts.

Refreshingly honest and straight foward, while still sounding understanding and accepting. Gets straight to the subject and often includes concrete, relatable examples and anecdotes. I appreciate that most episodes are not especially lengthy or full of conversational "empty spaces." He...Read full review »

I absolutely love this podcast! I really appreciate how straightforward and honest it is about each type. I recently discovered that I’m a 5w4, and this podcast has really helped me better understand my type. I’m in a coaching program and someone mentioned taking the test. I did and it was mindblowingly accurate. So then I went to YouTube and listened to a couple of people’s versions of nines. It was so negative. Then I listened to yours. I went BACK to the YouTube page and went through the comments...Read full review »

Probably the best, most accessible enneagram podcast I’ve experienced in providing practical and insightful knowledge on types and subtypes. Will definitely keep returning to listen to Milton and the resource he provides.

I saw this recommended on Instagram. I am kind of enneagram junkie. I love to listen and hear about personalities. I can’t even figure out my type I just find it so interesting. I feel like I’m more empathetic and understand other people better. But Milton is awesome and a unique voice in the...Read full review »

I have been studying the enneagram for two years now, I’m well versed in many of the books (Beatrice Chesnut being the best) and have listened to almost all enneagram podcasts. I am so thankful for Milton. He nails every type and the interviews have been fantastic. I am obsessed with the subtypes...Read full review »

Interesting content but with a skewed commercial to information ratio. I’d really enjoy this podcast if the commercials were one every 15 minutes even.

I’ve been learning about the Enneagram form five years. This is the first podcast I’ve listened to that focuses of people of color and is taught by a person of color. The discussions have been so helpful in providing another framework to understanding myself as a 5 who is also a woman of color.

I have read several books (multiple times each) on the Enneagram, read blogs upon blogs and listened to hours of Podcasts about the Enneagram. This is honestly one of the absolute best resources I’ve found on the subject and by far the best podcast. I’ve found other “experts” to just not quite...Read full review »

I really enjoy this podcast on the Enneagram. I find it to be insightful and informative. My only critique would be to loosen up a little and get away from reading notes or sound less like you are 😁. I subscribe and look fwd to new episodes.

Thanks Milton for a great enneagram 5 episode. Also that it happens to be the longest episode of all the ennea numbers (how often does that happen)?! 🤔 I ‘think’ you may be a 7 or an 8
