When it's good it's great
I listened to 4 episodes so far. Atheist bible study was interesting in places but I think suffered from overproduction and was could have done with having someone defending the bible. However the Westboro Baptist and Atheist v Preacher episodes were great debates. Occasionally I felt they didn't give the preachers time enough time to respond but I don't think that was deliberate. The ads are irritating but I guess they have to fund it somehow. So overall seems like a good podcast, if the next few are just as good I would go 5*. UPDATE: Having now listened to most of the 20+ episodes I'm updating to 5*. In earlier episodes I think David was finding his feet but more recently has really engaged with interesting guests of varying types of faith. These are not competitive debates, but respectful, thoughtful discussions with a few side topics thrown in. Good work David - keep it up!Read full review »

I personally like having a longer podcast 2-3 hours, gives time to really get into a topic and David does this well

The Eminem intro song is dumb, and I hate the snobby radio MC sound of the hosts voice. All of...Read full review »
