Love that I found this podcast. Every episode has addressed something I can totally relate to, and listening feels like I’m having a chat with my mates. Love all the DBHF episodes but the episode with Laura Danger is an absolute eye opener and gamechanger in understanding the dynamics of the mental load. I’ll be sending it to my husband to listen to!

I simply love the DBHF podcast. What you see is what you get with Steph - as per her Insta account - and this podcast is always frank, open and honest, getting to the heart of subjects that really matter. Steph’s chat with Laura Danger aka @thatdarnchat is just brilliant and the episode with Dr...Read full review »

Listening to this latest episode with Laura Danger was really eye opening for me. Validated feelings that I’ve had, probably for years, without really knowing. So good I listened to it twice and then sent it to every school mum in my phone 😂🙌🏻

This is always such a good listen and so important. I’ve also just bought Matt Fray’s book based on listening to your podcast. The range of topics covered and the fact that so many of the conversations resonate is a big reason for listening. It’s been a long time coming but this whole movement...Read full review »

Steph is a great host to this interesting and relatable podcast. I learn something from every episode as well has get a sense of validation from my experience as a parent. It’s rare to find parenting content which doesn’t increase the guilt around parenting but makes you feel less alone. A gem!

I have loved all of the episodes - listen each week. But nothing has resonated so much with me as Karen’s episode. Having followed Steph for a few years on Instagram, and being an avid Podcast listener, I thought I’d give this one a try. I started with Dr Karen, and it was like she was in my head (in a good way). I can’t wait to listen to the others.

I listened to the episode on grief with a bit of trepidation- after all death and sorrow are the taboo subjects of our day. Steph and Stacey have one of the most honest conversations I’ve heard about the 2 things that we will all experience sometime. Really amazing.
