Listen now
Description
Frank Rivera was misdiagnosed and treated for lung cancer –for 8 years!–, before a doctor found out he actually had a rare disease called sarcoidosis. Since then, he's made it his mission to help as many people suffering from sarcoidosis not have to go through what he did. Frank is the founder of Sarcoidosis of Long Island, a non-profit organization seeking to raise awareness for sarcoidosis amongst medical professionals and government officials.
