Dripping with millennial charm!
From the out-of-tune opening ukulele chord (surely recorded in the voice memos app of an iPhone) to the always-on-the-brink-of-brink-of-breaking-down attitude of the host and the depressed monotone of the co-host, this show is saturated with that "proud to not care too much" attitude that millennials love these days! The fact that it's got retro-charm, harkening back to the golden age of gameshows, doesn't hurt it's hipster cred one bit. Host Jo Firestone's nervous, unconfident delivery is endlessly charming and you can't help but wonder if her meds are just right, or wonder if she maybe just might need a hug. Co-host Manolo's constant 2 out of 10 energy will make you hope he's got someone to talk to when the show is over. Guests range from seasoned comedians who constantly wonder how this things stays on the rails to real-life smurfs and Care Bears. They're off to a great start and I can't wait to see where things go. I mean, whatever, I don't even care, I literally this this is the greatest worst thing ever. Awesome.Read full review »
