Take A Pause - Pink Noise
Listen now
Description
This month is for us to take a pause and what that means is that I will be releasing different kinds of noise to help you find your needs for tranquillity. We started with white noise last week and today we go in with a more balanced and more soothing sound to your ear. Pink Noise. It mimics nature sounds such as the ocean waves and steady rain. For the purposes of this month's goal, Pink Noise comes in to help you find peace, calm, focus and even help you sleep better. You may also use it as a perfect ally for meditation and study. If you're working on something but are struggling to focus, this is it for you and if it gets to the end before you finish what you are working on, re-plug your headsets. If you play it for yourself to sleep, it won't take 5 minutes for you to fall into a deep and peaceful slumber. *** LINKSShare your Listener Letter here Buy your Podcast Merchandise here.Podcast - Facebook, Instagram, TwitterNabuguzi Kiwanuka - Facebook, Instagram, Twitter --- Send in a voice message: https://podcasters.spotify.com/pod/show/nabuguzi-kiwanuka/message
