May only appeal to devote hobbiest and people in the industry.
I'm adjusting my review based off of the updated format. TLDR - Podcast has some growing pains to get through and for now, may only appeal to devote hobbiest and people in the industry. The first few episode of the Drips and Draughts Podcast were needlessly short and a bit awkward; this has been fixed. While I do find myself listening to each and every podcast now, I do feel, while on the right track; the podcast has not yet found it’s stride. Here are some suggestions: - Intro music is oddly long should be cut in half. - The host sounds like he is reading a script when there is no one with him (its a bit awkward). He does however, sounds great (less awkward) when he’s with someone else; so with that said, I strongly recommend getting a co-host. - The mic the host using sounds very odd and hallow, as if he were in a sound booth. It’s very odd and hard to explain with out a listen. - The length of each podcast is random. I would love to see the length standardized. - The podcast structure seems random and unorganized. With that said, some structure to the podcast would be nice. Example Intro, Guest, Q&A with Guest, Emails from Listeners, Synopsis, Outro. I offer these suggestions as a fan of the podcast and from someone who wants to see the podcast succeed. The contents of the podcast are interesting; i strongly feel that the podcast is headed in the right direction and look forward to each one.Read full review »

This podcast has given me so much information about what to do with Coffee in kegs. Especially on nitro.

Really well done and full of heaps of valuable info. A variety of guests, topics and cool stories from people making this brew method into a viable and fun business. Has inspired me to take the next step into kegging and hopefully selling my product down here in Oz.

This is a great show. We are specialty coffee roasters in Morocco and have been playing with cold brew for a year or so and feel pretty comfortable with the coffee side of things. This podcast has been incredible in helping us to figure out how to get cold brew offered on tap and to start...Read full review »
