This podcast is about getting comfortable with speaking your thoughts out loud and learning to tune out the noise and trust your own heart. It is my hope that through listening to your spoken thoughts, you will find peace in the noise and clarity in the chaos. Feel free to follow me on Instagram: @skeeter1981 @fencerowphoto
