2019: 70% spread win rate. Week 1: 5-0-1. I might be onto something, or not. I continue to make my spread picks, along with discussing week 1 nfl results and review week 2 underdog / upset picks (last week: +5.5 units) and briefly discuss my survival football picks. Feel free to spread the word, or not and keep the money for yourself. Week 1 of the NFL post-covid is 100% guaranteed for shenanigans. I analyze my top spreads, picks, moneyline picks, and discuss survival football. I'm not a pro sports analyst, but winning 70% of my spreads last year was pretty cool. Droolish is a sleep and relaxation podcast, focused on varied subjects with the goal to help remove insomnia, reduce mind chatter, and help you fall sleep. My voice makes people tired, apparently. (💤 + 🌧️ sounds to help relax and calm racing thoughts). Please...

We can learn a lot from anime and the lessons learned have helped me personally and professionally. Sounds odd, probably. But hey, if you really need help falling back asleep in the middle of the night, this might be the cure for it. Droolish is also a podcast helping you fall asleep, relax, and reduce mind chatter. Enjoy. About Droolish: Droolish is a sleep and relaxation podcast, often best consumed to slaughter mind-chatter and curb your insomnia. Take a look at the episode list if you...

Poker taught me how to learn and I would be doing ya'll an injustice to further explain how poker taught me to adapt in the real world and helped mold me to the person I am today. I encourage everyone to play poker and to give a listen on the many reasons why poker is super helpful in the game we play daily called 'life'. This is a more in-depth explaination of a writing piece written over a year ago:...

My voice puts people to sleep. But I can't use that voice for my own sleep. I reveal what I did to turn my consistent insomnia and 90+ minutes time to sleep down to 10-20 over the last decade. It's not easy, but gradual change is possible, I hope this helps you on your journey to quality sleep. I've included two sections: My daily ritual for weekdays and weekends. The specific habits and tweaks made that have helped me get decent sleep for about 90% of my nights. Still not a full cure...

I don't have an official title for this mini-series. One year ago, I wrote 200+ notecards on various notes, theories, ideas, tips, and advice as self reminders and reflection. This episode is dedicated to pretty good Youtube series ideas I am incapable of doing myself. One of the more high-energy episodes, please enjoy. This is a stream-of-consciousness mini-series so while you may find a brain nugget listening, this episode is likely best suited as a way to fall asleep to my yawn-inducing...

I don't have an official title for this mini-series. One year ago, I wrote 200+ notecards on various notes, theories, ideas, tips, and advice as self reminders and reflection. . Unfortunately, luck of the draw lead me to discard most of my notecards due to being nonsensical. I don't recall most of the cards until I read them, creating some interesting takes. Though this episode...welp. This is a stream-of-consciousness mini-series so while you may find a brain nugget listening, this episode...

Discussing my top 15(ish) books that have influenced me to date. Most of the books tend to be business, finance, and health related, but are equally practical for everyday living. I'll be honest. This episode is a bit rough, my voice gave out and the most value for this episode will be strictly from my yawn-inducing voice. About halfway through I get back in my flow, but not much more. In the words of Tony Kornheiser, "we'll try and do better the next time". Do you prefer a half-strained episode or no episode at all? It's super rare that I dive deep into the tank of my thoughts to provide (what I believe) unorthodox insights and teachings for the sake of good. Might I be changing for the better? I dunno. Anyways, if you have constant mind-chatter and mind-racing, listening to this episode and practicing mindful journaling as instructed quite possibly will bring unbridled clarity. And we all sure could use that right about now. This exercise has worked for me in not just expanding myself, but has helped...

I wanted to share a piece of creative content that pays a tribute to one of my favorite songs ever (Baz Luhrmann - Everybody's Free To Wear Sunscreen). Aside from that, I review advice from a pretty dope reddit thread that offers advice to those in their 20s from those in their 40s and offers my own. About Droolish: Droolish is a sleep and relaxation podcast, focused on varied subjects with the goal to help remove insomnia, improve relaxation, and help you go to sleep. Note: I'm...

"i hate the feeling." "why won't it make sense?" "can't sleep and can't help but wonder why." What do all these quotes have in common? Well, lofi hip-hop that's what. I'm old (well 34) and I was once a teen half a life ago and nothing makes me feel more serene than reading lofi hip-hop youtube comments. I like to think of them as a vessel to the past (or future) of wisdom that we all could be reminded of once in a while. This episode includes lofi-music in the 1st half (fades in around the 8...

In my quest to perfect the art of sleep, I stumble upon an amazing way that has helped bring absolute clarity and focus (albeit temporary). The episode discusses the science behind the third eye (aka pineal gland), how to decalcify the gland, and to activate your third eye. Binaural beats (explained in the episode) and rain sounds are used to enhance relaxation, focus, and reduce mind clutter. (Part 2) I'm kind of decent at generating ideas. Hell, ideation and idea-crafting are engrained in my veins. I can't vouch that they are good nor bad, but the exercise of idea generation can help you define our podcast (or come up with ideas for podcast episodes), content (video/written/blog) and in business (consulting, or solving literally anything no one else is willing to do). Affirmations bring out the best in us and can help drive a successful mindset. As someone who is big on the Law of Attraction, I wanted to help you guys ease into sleep with my sleepy voice and provide positive affirmations as you dig into dreamland. It started out as about 150 turned into 200+ affirmations and random chatter amongst myself. I limited the amount of self commentary for your sanity, though it's debatable if ya'll prefer it. PS: Big shoutout to DAX, he's a big believer in law...
